PU Guard – PolyGuard 3mm is a four-component, liquid-rich, self-leveling slurry polyurethane mortar system. This high-performance mortar consists of a urethane-urea binder, pigments, and graded quartz aggregates. It can be applied at a thickness of 3mm, providing a smooth, semi-sheen finish. PU Guard – PolyGuard 3mm exhibits excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for environments requiring easy cleaning and durability.

Application

Ensure the substrate is dry and free of contaminants. Apply one coat of PU Guard – PolyPrime as a primer. For very porous concrete, apply two coats of EpoxyGuard – DeepPrime. Mix the components thoroughly and apply using a notched rake and spiked rollers. Allow to cure for 8 hours before foot traffic and 24 hours before normal operations.
