Mould Rubber Thickener

Cemcrete Mould Rubber Thickener is a finely milled powder formulated specifically to be mixed into Cemcrete Mould Rubber Latex. When added to the latex, it transforms the fluid rubber into a paste that holds its shape—ideal for creating moulds with thicknesses of 3–4 mm per coat without sagging or running.

Adjust the mix by gradually adding the thickener until you achieve the desired consistency. This reinforced paste not only builds up quickly but also enhances the tear strength and durability of the final mould. For even greater structural integrity, you can embed a layer of CemForce into the wet, thickened latex before it sets.
