Mirlon® Rolls

Mirka Mirlon® Rolls are innovative, three-dimensional fibre sanding materials engineered for superior performance on profiled surfaces. Their unique structure ensures flexibility and ease of use, making them perfect for achieving an excellent finish.

These rolls are particularly effective for the matting of surfaces, providing a consistent and uniform texture. This creates an optimal foundation for the application of subsequent lacquer layers, ensuring enhanced adhesion and a flawless final appearance.

Mirlon Rolls are available in various grit ranges to suit diverse applications:

• General Purpose (GP): Features Aluminium oxide grain and a green colour, ideal for everyday sanding tasks.
• Very Fine (VF): Also with Aluminium oxide grain, distinguished by its red colour, for finer finishing.
• Ultra Fine (UF): Utilises Silicon carbide grain and a dark grey colour, perfect for achieving a very smooth surface.
• Micro Fine (MF): Contains Silicon carbide grain and a brownish colour, designed for the finest possible finish.

The non-woven backing and resin bonding contribute to the durability and consistent performance of these abrasive rolls. They are suitable for a wide range of materials including mild steel, plastics, stainless steel, copper alloys, brass and bronze.
