Mirka Mirlon® Hand Sanding Pads are a versatile and high-performance abrasive solution. These pads feature a flexible, three-dimensional fibre construction, making them exceptionally easy to use on profiled surfaces and intricate shapes. Their unique structure ensures an excellent, consistent finish, making them perfect for blending surfaces seamlessly.

Mirlon® Hand Sanding Pads are particularly effective in preparing surfaces for the next lacquer layer, providing an optimal base for superior adhesion and appearance. They are suitable for a wide range of materials including copper alloys, brass, bronze, mild steel, stainless steel, and various plastics. These pads are ideal for applications in automotive refinishing, construction and decoration, wood processing, metal processing, composite processing and the marine industry.

Available in various grit ranges, including General Purpose (320), Very Fine (360), Ultra Fine (1500), and Micro Fine (2000), Mirlon® pads cater to diverse sanding needs. The General Purpose and Very Fine pads utilise Aluminium Oxide grain, while the Ultra Fine and Micro Fine pads feature Silicon Carbide. Each pad is distinguished by its colour: Green (GP), Red (VF), Dark Grey (UF), and Brownish (MF). All pads are constructed with a non-woven backing and resin bonding, ensuring durability and consistent performance.
