Hiolit XO Portable Sanding Belts

The Mirka Hiolit XO Portable Sanding Belt delivers high-quality results on challenging materials. Grits from P36 to P80 are ideal for aggressive sanding tasks, such as removing severe rust damage or other operations requiring significant material removal. This versatile abrasive is also available in discs, rolls and wide/narrow belts.

The Hiolit XO features blue fired aluminium oxide grain with a maroon colour. It has a resin over resin bonding and a semi-open coating. The backing is polyester cloth for P36-P80 grits and X-weight cotton cloth for P100-P240 grits. It is suitable for a wide range of materials including hard wood, MDF/HDF, mild steel/carbon steel, paint stripping/removal, soft/resinous wood, steel, veneer, cast iron, chipboard and composites. This sanding belt is perfect for construction and decoration, wood processing, composites processing and vehicle manufacturing.
