Vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and water based universal keying and bonding agent. Offers improved adhesion to substrate, toughness and flexibility as well as resistance to certain chemicals. Enhances abrasion resistance and increased resistance to water penetration. DILUTE 1:1 WITH WATER
