EpoxyGuard – EpoxyCoat Water-Based is a two-component, pigmented, water-based polyamide-cured epoxy enamel. The cured film provides a tough, cleanable, aesthetically pleasing surface that is easily recoatable. This versatile epoxy coating is ideal for walls and floors in environments subject to light traffic and non-aggressive chemical cleaning.

Application

Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and dry. Mix the activator and base components thoroughly and apply the primer with a medium nap roller thinned with 5% water. Allow to cure for 6 to 8 hours before overcoating. Apply two coats of EpoxyCoat Water-Based at 6 to 8 m²/litre/coat using a medium nap roller, allowing 6 to 8 hours curing between coats.
