AdheTech – CrackInject: Low Viscosity Epoxy Crack Injection Compound

AdheTech – CrackInject is a low viscosity, solvent-free epoxy compound specifically formulated for the repair of cracked concrete structures. Its excellent flow and adhesion properties make it ideal for injecting into fine cracks or gravity feeding into horizontal cracks. The high mechanical strength of the cured epoxy restores the original structural integrity of the concrete.

Application

Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and dry. Mix Part A and Part B as supplied, ensuring no air is entrapped. For horizontal cracks, pour the mixed epoxy directly into the crack. For vertical applications, bond injection nipples or plates containing injection nipples to the crack using a suitable adhesive. Inject the epoxy into the crack and allow it to cure as recommended.
