Environmentally friendly mould release agent applied to moulds and shutter surfaces, prior to casting concrete in order to achieve a clean release. This product contains no hazardous materials. Used for steel, timber & polyethylene shutters

Characteristics/Advantages

• Concrete can be painted and plastered once shutter has been stripped.
• The chemical make up of the product is such that no build up on the moulds takes place with use thus allowing for long period mould utilization.
• The incorporation of corrosion inhibitors allows the steel moulds to remain in excellent condition without the formation of traces of rust.
• The faithful facsimile of the mould is achieved while at the same time the concrete casting’s edge strength is maintained.
• For applications where it is necessary to heat the product, a maximum temperature of 80oC is recommended.
