Abranet® Dust-Free Sanding Discs

The original, multi-functional net sanding material, Mirka Abranet® combines high performance and a longer lifespan than traditional abrasives, making it a cost-effective solution. Designed for dry sanding by machine or by hand, its true dust-free sanding characteristics result in a cleaner work environment, as well as a better surface finish.

Abranet® discs feature a resin over resin bonding and an aluminium oxide grain with a closed coating. They are available in a wide grit range from P80 to P600 and are backed with a durable polyamide fabric.

These versatile sanding discs are suitable for a wide array of applications including automotive refinishing, construction and decoration, wood processing, composite processing, DIY projects, marine industry tasks and vehicle manufacturing.

Mirka Abranet® discs are effective on various materials such as aluminium, hard wood, MDF/HDF, mild steel/carbon steel, non-ferrous metal, lacquers, plastics, body filler, primer, solid surfaces, soft/resinous wood, stainless steel, steel, veneer, cast iron, chipboard, copper alloys/brass/bronze and glass fibre. They are also ideal for paint stripping, paint sanding, plaster and putty applications.
